Visit the host desk. We share the consent note, scope, and options. You choose pace and touch level.
2) Pick a session
Scan the QR board to see practitioners and slots, or add your name to the drop-in list.
3) Intention & care
Set a simple intention. Practitioners use iDj/iPlayer playlists that match the tone you choose.
4) Aftercare & integration
Water, tea, a few breaths, and an integration card to take with you. Return anytime.
